Something to keep in mind when you are planning your wedding is that each and every part of your special day should be unique to you as a couple. Everything from the napkins to the songs you choose should have meaning to you and be special for the two of you as you begin your lives together. Another option is to go outside the box when you are working on your wedding invitations, and completely move away from the paper invitation and envelop format. For instance, if you are having a small wedding on the beach, you might decide to send glass bottles with the invitation rolled up inside to each of your guests. If you are both computer buffs, try sending a CD Rom or a DVD with your information printed on it, and also encrypted on the CD. Some people have used found objects for their wedding invitations – because printing the information something like a pair of flip-flops, a wine glass, or another type of ornament, can make a unique and pretty invitation that is also something your guests will be able to treasure forever.
